GRILLED STEAK, MEATS, FISH AND VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS :

  • Any meat for grilling.

​

  • Vegetables like tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers, pineapple, etc.

​

  • Salt, pepper to taste.

  • ​Danwood Liquid Smoke® spray

​

​

INSTRUCTIONS :

​

GAS GRILLS

Salt and pepper your meat and veggies to taste.

​​

Once your grill is hot, place your meat and veggies on the grill and spray the Danwood Liquid Smoke® from your Danwood Liquid Smoke® spray bottle, enough to see that it is covered. Do not overdo it.

 

Once it is time to turn your meat and veggies, turn them and apply another spray of Danwood Liquid Smoke® using your Danwood Liquid Smoke® spray bottle, enough to see that it is covered.

 

Once it is cooked, turn your meat and veggies over to finish cooking the layer of liquid smoke you applied.

 

After a few trials you can adjust the amount of Danwood Liquid Smoke® to your taste.

 

Eat and Enjoy.

PAN FRIED

- - - - - - - - - - - - - -

 

Salt and pepper your meat and veggies to taste.

 

Apply Danwood Liquid Smoke® spray on one side of your meat.

 

Transfer the meat to the pan, with the face having the Danwood Liquid Smoke®, down.

 

While the one side of the meat is cooking, apply Danwood Liquid Smoke® spray on the upper face.

 

​Turn the meat and cook until done.

Most of us nowadays do not grill our meats on fire or charcoal. But if you like the smell and taste of BBQed meats, the addition of liquid smoke will do the trick.
