VEGAN SAUCE
INGREDIENTS :

1 cup Danwood Smoky Vinegar®
​

1/3 cup dark molasses
​

1/4 cup soy sauce
​

1/4 cup water
​

3 Tbsp. lemon juice
​

1 1/2 tsp. salt
​
-
1 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
​
-
1 tsp. onion powder
​
-
1 tsp. Danwood Smoky Powder®
​
-
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
​
-
1/2 tsp. black pepper
​
-
1/4 tsp. garlic granules
​
-
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
​
-
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
​
-
1/8 tsp. ground cloves or allspice
​
-
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
​

INSTRUCTIONS :

In a blender puree all of the ingredients.
​

Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
​

Store in the refrigerator.
Worcestershire sauce traditionally contains anchovies or fish sauce, which makes it a no-go for vegans . However , you can easily whip up homemade vegan Worcestershire sauce !
