SMOKY KOREAN BBQ
VEGAN SAUCE
INGREDIENTS :

1 stick nondairy margarine

¼ cup Danwood Smoky Vinegar®
​

1 cup tomato sauce
​

½ Tbsp. salt
​

1 Tbsp. hot mustard
​

2 tsp. lemon juice
​

1 tsp. Danwood Liquid Smoke®
​
-
3 Tbsp. sugar (or 3/4 cup dates for natural sweet)

INSTRUCTIONS :

Melt the margarine in a large saucepan.
​

Add Danwood Smoky Vinegar® and the other ingredients.
​

Stir until well blended.
​

Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
​
This Korean BBQ Sauce is perfectly smoky , spicy , sweet , sticky and packed with so much flavour. This sauce requires just 8 ingredients ! It’s easy to make and so versatile , you can use it on just about anything!
